Pricing
$199 per accounting. Nothing recurring.
One flat fee buys one accounting, start to finish — every schedule, every re-run, and every re-export for as long as that case is open. You pay before you start, and a second accounting is a second $199.
Pricing
One flat fee. One accounting.
$199 buys one California GC-400 accounting, start to finish — no subscription, no seats. See exactly what that is in the walkthrough before you buy.
- Complete GC-400 packet — summary and all schedules, paginated for filing
- §2620(c) statutory attachments assembled and cross-referenced
- Every total balanced to the penny — download unlocks only when the math holds
- Unlimited statements and re-runs within the accounting period
- Re-exports for as long as the case is open — no second charge, ever
- In-browser parsing — statements never leave your computer
Preparation software is ordinarily reimbursable from the estate as an administrative expense — like postage, copies, and filing fees. Confirm with your court.

| Filing checklist | What to sign, what to attach, what your court is likely to ask for on top of the statewide forms. |
| Unlimited re-exports | Corrections, late statements, examiner responses, amended accountings — same project, no second charge. |
| Working-papers export | CSV of every transaction with its category and schedule assignment, plus an encrypted project file you can move between computers. |
What you can see before you buy
There is no free preview and no trial run — the fee is paid before you start, not at the download. What you can see first is the walkthrough: one accounting taken the whole way, from raw statement PDFs to the assembled packet, including the cross-foot landing on $0.00 variance. Alongside it, the worked GC-400 example shows the finished form field by field, and the FAQ answers what fiduciaries asked before buying. If the packet you get is not usable, the refund policy below is the backstop.
No subscription, no seats
You are charged per accounting, not per month and not per person. A fiduciary who files four accountings a year pays for four accountings. An office of six pays nothing for the other five people. If you never file again, you never pay again — and your exported working papers and project files keep working regardless, because they are files on your computer, not rows in our database.
Reimbursable from the estate
Preparation software is ordinarily treated as an administrative expense of the estate — the same bucket as postage, copy charges, and filing fees. Most fiduciaries include it as a cost of preparing the accounting. Confirm the treatment with your court, and keep the receipt Polar emails you at purchase.
If the price changes
The price at checkout is the price you pay — whatever this page says on the day you buy. Any change is announced on this page at least 30 days before it takes effect, and support will honour the old price case by case for anyone who was mid-accounting when it moved. There is no auto-renewal to be surprised by, because there is nothing recurring.
Refunds
If we can't read your statements well enough to build the accounting, email [email protected] and we refund it — no argument, no forms. That is the case worth naming, because it is the one you cannot check for yourself before you buy. It is not the only one: the same applies to a packet that turns out not to be usable for any other reason. We would rather refund a fiduciary than argue with one.
A refund issued as goodwill leaves the packet you already downloaded with you; a payment reversed via chargeback revokes the entitlement. The exact language lives in the Terms, and it matches what the payment provider shows at checkout.
