About

Built by one person, for a few hundred people who do a hard job.

No investors to please, no growth team, no roadmap driven by anything except what fiduciaries email me.

Founder and the only engineer. I answer [email protected] personally — not a shared inbox with my name on it, actually me.

Why this exists

California has roughly 866 licensed professional fiduciaries. Each of them files conservatorship accountings on the Judicial Council's GC-400 series, and each of those accountings means turning one to two years of bank statements into schedules that cross-foot to the penny. The universal method is a spreadsheet and ten to twenty hours, mostly on evenings and weekends, mostly re-typing numbers that already exist in a PDF.

A single arithmetic slip means the examiner bounces the filing, and the deficiency notice has the fiduciary's name on it. So the work gets done slowly and checked three times — which is the correct response to the incentives, and a terrible use of a professional's life.

The arithmetic part of that job is a solved problem in every other industry. It is unsolved here because the market is small enough that no venture-funded company can justify learning it properly, and the data is sensitive enough that fiduciaries are right to refuse the products that do exist. Small market plus real privacy constraints is a bad business for a startup and a fine business for one person who ships carefully.

What I commit to

  • Your client data never reaches me. Not encrypted, not anonymized, not "for quality purposes." The architecture makes it impossible rather than merely against policy — see privacy and security.
  • No subscription, no nagging. $199 per accounting. No emails except the deadline reminders you asked for and the receipts you're owed.
  • Accuracy above everything. Every packet the software can produce is checked against real accountings that real fiduciaries filed and examiners accepted. If a number is ever wrong, that is a stop-everything incident, not a ticket.
  • I never practise law. FiduKit prepares documents. It does not advise, does not file, and does not review anything as an attorney would. You review, you sign, you file.
  • You can always leave with your work. CSV working papers and an encrypted project file, exportable any time, at no extra cost.

Talk to me

If your bank's statement format doesn't parse, if your county wants something the packet doesn't produce, or if you think a figure is wrong — email me. Format reports are how the parser gets better, and every supported bank on the ticker started as somebody's email. Do not send client statements; describing the layout is enough, and I'll tell you if it isn't.

One accounting. One flat $199.

Watch the walkthrough to see the whole job done — statements in, every schedule cross-footed, the GC-400 packet out — then buy the accounting in front of you. One fee per accounting: no subscription, no seats, and every re-run, correction and re-export of that accounting is included.

If we can't read your statements well enough to build the accounting, tell us and we refund it — no argument, no forms.
