Not a law firm. Not legal advice.
FiduKit is document-preparation software, not a law firm. No attorney reviews your accounting, your packet, or your circumstances. Nothing on this website, in the application, in support email, or in any guide we publish is legal advice, and using FiduKit does not create an attorney-client relationship with anyone.
Whether an expenditure was proper, whether a schedule is complete, whether your appointment or court order requires something unusual, and whether to file at all are legal questions. Consult a licensed attorney.
We do not file anything.
FiduKit never submits a document to any court, never serves anything on any party, and has no relationship with any court, clerk, or examiner. You review the packet, you sign it, and you file it. Your signature is your representation about its contents, and in many filings it is made under penalty of perjury.
Review the output before you sign it.
Software arithmetic does not relieve a fiduciary of the duty to know what they are filing. Read the packet in full. Check the beginning balances against the appointment inventory or prior accounting. Check that every account is represented and every period is covered. FiduKit refuses to export an accounting that does not balance, which removes the most common defect — but "it balances" is not the same as "it is correct", and only you can judge the difference.
No guarantee of acceptance.
We do not and cannot guarantee that any court, examiner, or judge will accept a packet prepared with FiduKit. Courts differ, local rules differ, and case circumstances differ. If a filing is rejected, tell us — we treat that as a serious incident, investigate the root cause, and help you correct and re-file at no additional charge — but the risk of a filing outcome remains yours.
Statewide forms; local rules vary.
FiduKit produces the statewide Judicial Council GC-400 series forms and Probate Code §2620(c) attachments, which California superior courts accept. Individual counties add local requirements — cover sheets, attachment ordering, copy counts, local forms. Check your local rules. The walkthrough on our home page shows what the packet contains, and reading the finished packet — with your attorney, if you use one — is how you confirm it fits your court.
Not affiliated with any court or the Judicial Council.
GC-400 and related forms are official forms of the Judicial Council of California. FiduKit is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, approved by, or acting for the Judicial Council of California, any California superior court, any court examiner, or any professional fiduciary licensing body. Form names and statutory references are used descriptively to identify what the software produces.
Not accounting or tax advice.
FiduKit performs arithmetic and classification into court schedules. It does not provide accounting, bookkeeping, audit, investment, or tax advice, and its categorisations are a starting point for your judgment, not a professional opinion.
Forms change.
The Judicial Council revises its forms. We track revisions and update the software, and our guides link to the official current PDFs rather than reproducing revision-specific detail. Before filing, confirm you are using the revision your court currently accepts.

[email protected]. We will happily tell you that something is a question for your attorney — that is often the right answer, and we would rather give it than guess.
